SUP yoga is a fun activity that has some serious positive benefits, even more so than just physically. SUP yoga requires a different type of focus that sets itself apart from traditional yoga. A variety of yoga positions and the transition between them can cause a paddleboard to move in even the calmest water requiring balance and focus to remain on the board. Wide paddleboards are the best for SUP yoga as they provide the most stability and room for different yoga positions.
